Northern Irish TV presenter and radio personality Thomas Magill has a vast and eclectic career history, contributing to a variety of television programmes, producing several radio shows and writing for a number of magazines. Beginning his career in the early 2000’s Magill started out as a print journalist before graduating into the sphere of TV & radio presenter; with a background and specialist interest in town planning Thomas worked for several years for the specialist planning publication from Haymarket Publications, Planning Magazine. By 2007 however Thomas Magill had established himself as a media journalist and was already working as a radio presenter for a number of high profile stations and productions, including BBC NI’s Alphabet Series and LBC 94.3’s Sunday Supplement. Thomas has worked as both a radio presenter and production assistant and spent several years working behind the scenes at BBC Radio London. In 2009, Thomas moved on to be a TV presenter for BBC London’s Inside Out series where he was called upon both to write content, interview guests and present current affairs news and discuss topical issues. In his capacity as a TV presenter Thomas Magill has visited a number of high profile events and, as a TV & radio presenter, interviewed various important public figures; in his time Thomas has been present at both film premieres and festivals and has interviewed everyone from government officials to Hollywood stars.
