Tania Gerard

Tania Gerard is a powerful neurodiversity trainer, accessible marketing consultant and the Founder of Tania Gerard Digital. Following being diagnosed with ADHD in childhood, Tania was later diagnosed with autism, and today shares her experience of battling ADHD burnout, anxiety and low self-esteem throughout her decade-long career in marketing. On a mission to provide businesses with the tools they need to create inclusive working environments, Tania Gerard is committed to fostering workplaces where neurodiverse employees and employers can thrive. 

For several years, Tania worked in various marketing agencies, reaching prominent roles such as the Head of Digital. Quietly, Tania was battling burnout and anxiety, and in 2024 she took the leap and founded her own company that prioritised accessible marketing and neurodiverse-friendly workplaces – Tania Gerard Digital. Sitting at the helm of Tania Gerard Digital, Tania helps businesses create inclusive marketing strategies and bridge the gap between employees, employers and clients. Also certified in Neurodiversity Training & Accessible Marketing (Oliver McGowan, ADDCA & IAAP), Tania builds empowering workplaces where neurodivergent employees can “take their masks off and be productive”. 

As the creator of the term “Accessible Marketing™” and the IMPACT™ Framework for Accessible Marketing, Tania’s work is trusted by leading companies – including the NHS, Greene King and Swim England. Most recently, Tania became an Ambassador of ADHD UK and was invited to share her story at the 2025 TEDxTamworth. She has also recently been an Advisory Board Member of the UnderOne Festival, a role in which she collaborated with various DEI thought leaders and experts, providing valuable insights on diversity, equity and inclusion. When she is not committing her time to accessible marketing, Tania can be found co-hosting the ADHD Founders Unfiltered podcast on Spotify, sharing personal stories, facts and statistics to promote ADHD education and awareness.
