Roger obtained his BA in the History of Western Philosophy from the Royal Holloway University of London. He has since been Subsidiary CEO of The Adecco Group, Visiting Professor of Business Ethics at the International Hellenic University and an Educator at Duke Corporate Education. Over the years, Roger developed a strong expertise in culture and ethics – making him one of the foremost Advisors on Culture & Ethics for institutions such as the Nationwide Building Society, the Financial Conduct Authority, and the ICAEW. Roger’s expertise on ethics was also called upon by the PM’s office of a national government in 2021, to educate policymakers on how to build a better society.
Author of “Thinking Outside the Inbox” and “Ethicability”, Roger ensures that every leader and their teams have the tools to make good decisions.
