Very early on in her career, Michelle assumed the role of Head of Client Development at The Brand Works and soon after became the CEO of Fizz-Bang! Marketing. She has also been the Director of the Worcestershire Business Club, Founder of the Uber Groups, CEO of Ensize UK, and Managing Director of Mmp Ltd. Currently, Michelle is focused on helping organisations achieve significantly increased engagement and performance. She is known as a Master behaviour profiler and helps people release their potential by understanding themselves better.
In 2004, Michelle was caught in the terrible Boxing Day Tsunami – sustaining considerable injuries. It was through this adversity-filled experience that Michelle recognised her passion for understanding human communication through the lenses of behaviours and core values. She also helped raise £100,000 in a mere 6 months for the Hikkaduwa Village Fund which was instrumental in saving the lives of the people in the village.
Fellow of the Professional Speaking Association, Michelle served as its President for two years. She also won the President’s Award for Outstanding Contribution to the Speaking Industry as well as the Kenny Harris Badger of Honour Award for Comedy.
