Jess Sugden is a professional dancer who has enjoyed a career entertaining crowds with her creative talents. Currently working as a fitness instructor at the House of VOGA, Jess is also a member of Showgirl Entertainments and Absolute Bollywood with whom she travels the country putting on show-stopping performances. As a VOGA instructor, Jess practises in the performance of combining traditional yoga with the iconic poses seen on the pages of Vogue magazine, set to the beat of 80s house music.
Having graduated from the Performers College with a Diploma in Dance, Jess moved to London to pursue a career as a dancer. Joining Bollywood Absolute and Showgirl Entertainments, Jess has performed at countless events and had audiences in awe of her talents countrywide. Outside of dancing, Jess has also enjoyed time as a model and has spent over 7 years in the events industry where she has enjoyed time as both an event manager and a brand ambassador. Over the course of her career, Jess has already worked with established brands such as Adidas, Samsung, Google and YouTube, with many more plans in motion.
Since 2018, Jess has enjoyed practising the art of VOGA and empowers participants in her classes to find confidence and power in the poses of the supermodels in Vogue. Working with the global fitness brand House of VOGA, Jess provides a range of retreats, events and workshops in which she spreads the practice of the highly expressive and stylised VOGA. Jess has also been fortunate to appear on television, starring in Trending Live on E4 and 10 Years Younger in 10 Days on Channel 5.
