Gary Gunn

Gary Gunn is a professional life coach, podcast host, and content creator boasting over 1 million followers across social media. An experienced speaker, Gary shares his expertise on improving men’s emotional well-being, resilience, loneliness and human connection in the modern age whilst also navigating dating in our ever-increasingly digital landscape. 

In 2010, Gary pursued his dreams of becoming a life coach, determined to share the lessons and skills he learned that helped him rebuild his life after a near-fatal car accident, family suicide, PTSD, and copious mental health struggles. In 2014, he founded Social Attraction LTD, a coaching, education, and training service designed to help men develop confidence, improve communication skills, and build real connections with women. Since its establishment, Gary has delivered over 1200 in-person workshops across the UK and internationally, coached thousands of men in public and private settings, and helped them overcome anxieties and social fears by equipping them with the tools for life and dating success. Through his organisation, he has created various written and video content for men, from books, training programmes and digital courses assisting men in numerous areas of their lives. Gary offers a selection of video courses, teaching men how to approach and understand women, return to dating after a breakup, and even master body language to naturally project confidence. Through his pioneering work, Gary has completed a range of qualifications, such as the In-Person Meisner Technique Training, Voice for Performance and Improvisation Intensive, all from the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art. He is an NLP Master Practitioner and is accredited in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing, Emotional Freedom Techniques, and Thought Field Therapy, all of which he uses to improve the social lives of men. 

Gary has further shared his knowledge through a multitude of media, including authoring ‘The Education in Dating’ series, a collection of 8 books in which he dives into the specific areas that make dating seem so complex. Gary is the host of The Gary Gunn Show Podcast, offering men tried and tested dating advice that is guaranteed to boost confidence. He consistently posts online content across Instagram and TikTok, providing bite-sized pieces of knowledge to his thousands of followers. 

With a background rooted in psychology and real-world experience, Gary is changing the lives of men every day with his invaluable advice on self-development.
