Before establishing herself fully in executive coaching, she held senior roles across Human Resources, Customer Intelligence and Marketing Communications, including a substantial tenure with Piraeus Bank, where she worked across corporate communication, interactive marketing, customer experience and leadership development. These formative years gave Avra first hand exposure to the realities of organisational life, from reputation management to internal leadership challenges, and helped her develop the multidimensional perspective that now sets her apart on stage. 

Across her career, Avra has coached and mentored more than 10,000 senior executives and professionals worldwide through her work as Founder and CEO of Life Self Coaching. Her international profile has been strengthened by her role supporting 18 U.S. Department of State diplomatic posts across Eastern Europe, where she coached leaders navigating high stakes, cross cultural and politically sensitive environments. She is also the first Greek Master Certified Coach, MCC, and the first Greek ICF Credentialing Assessor, placing her in a rare category of coaching professionals recognised at the highest global level.
