Aaron Perkins is a human-centred technology strategist and the Founder and CEO of Market-Proven AI, where he developed the transformative HUMAN Framework - a methodology that helps organisations integrate AI with empathy and clarity. With more than 20 years of experience spanning cybersecurity, AI and strategic communications, his work is grounded in both frontline expertise and visionary leadership.

Aaron’s journey began in the US Army, where he spent over eight years in military intelligence, serving in Iraq and Afghanistan. There, he led intelligence operations in challenging environments and honed his abilities in environmental analysis, mission execution and high-stakes communication. After completing his military service, he advanced his technical knowledge through the Microsoft Software and Systems Academy, earning a certificate in software development and testing. He went on to complete a Master of Science in Economic Development and Entrepreneurship from the University of Houston-Victoria, equipping him with the tools to support both individual growth and community development through enterprise.

Over the years, Aaron has held several senior positions, including Director of Communications at the Center for Internet Security and Director of Cyber Threat Intelligence at the Retail & Hospitality ISAC, where he led national threat intelligence programmes and industry-wide tabletop exercises. He’s been a cybersecurity instructor at North Carolina State University and the University of Chicago and has partnered with leading organisations such as Google and NTT Group. As a speaker, Aaron has delivered keynotes at major conferences, including the ISAC Annual Meeting, Southeast Cybersecurity Summit, and FS-ISAC FinCyber Today, earning recognition for his ability to make complex subjects approachable and relevant. He is also the author of ‘RESOLVE: A Step-By-Step Guide for Veterans Seeking to Rediscover Purpose, Meaning, and Passion in Post-Military Life’.
