Annick Seys is best known as The Behavioural Predictability Speaker. She is an award-winning keynote speaker, mentor, and behavioural strategist, certified as a Functional Analytic Psychotherapy (FAP) trainer through the University of Washington. Annick has trained thousands of professionals and aims to help leaders identify and address toxic patterns before they disrupt performance, fostering a culture of growth and progress.
Achieving a BA in Social Work from Thomas More University of Applied Sciences, Annick served as both a private practice owner at Liria and the owner of Allegre Expertise Centre, specialising in contextual behavioural therapy models as a certified supervisor in ACT and FAP. During this time, she co-founded ACT Academy and was a guest lecturer at the University of Warsaw, Catholic University of Leuven, UHasselt, and the Free University of Brussels. Since 2013, Annick has acted as an Executive Coach, assisting heads of organisations and teams dealing with pressure, self-doubt, and toxicity.
Her incredible work has earned her high commendations, such as Best Newcomer at the UK Speaker Awards & Summit 2025. Annick was also named Promising Woman Entrepreneur and is the host of the podcast ‘Time to Start Living’. She is the co-author of three books, ‘Beyond Performance: The Power of Leading Without the Mask’, ‘The Hidden Cost of Toxicity’, and ‘Why Your Team Needs You, Not Perfection’, all of which carry forth her message of building a long-term positive company culture. Annick has also served on various boards and committees for organisations like ACBS BeNe and SOS Village d’Enfants. She is currently a board member at Cachet vzw.
Annick is a powerful keynote speaker, inspiring audiences with authenticity and passion. With the rare ability to connect with audiences by sharing real stories, drawing from her childhood of emotional neglect and abuse, Annick offers actionable plans that are steeped in relatability and transformation. Energetic, positive, and driven, her insights encourage personal growth and resilience. She combines practical strategies with heartfelt encouragement, leaving individuals, teams, and leaders uplifted and motivated. Through her signature keynote ‘The Predictability of Toxicity’, Annick looks to provide the tools to navigate difficult conversations and the skills to address and move away from invisible yet detrimental patterns.
