Dalia Feldheim is a global leadership expert, organisational psychologist and keynote speaker who helps leaders and organisations build the Human Advantage needed to thrive in the AI era. Drawing on more than two decades of executive experience at Procter & Gamble and Electrolux, she helps audiences strengthen courage, empathy, trust, resilience and the ability to bring out the best in others.
Before founding Flow Leadership Consultancy, Dalia led diverse international teams and contributed to some of the world’s most recognised purpose-led brand campaigns. Her work on campaigns including Always #LikeAGirl contributed to 14 Cannes Lions awards and helped spark a global movement challenging limiting stereotypes and rebuilding confidence. This experience later inspired her TEDx talk and her book, Lead Like a Girl, with a foreword by Sheryl Sandberg.
Dalia combines the commercial understanding of a global executive with the expertise of an organisational psychologist and executive coach. She holds an Executive Master’s degree in Consulting and Coaching for Change from INSEAD and is an ICF-accredited coach. Her approach brings together business performance and people-first leadership, translating psychological insights into practical tools leaders can apply at work.
As AI reshapes the workplace, Dalia explores how leaders can create clarity, build trust and help people take ownership through change. Her Human Advantage offering includes You Can’t Outsource Soul, which explores the capabilities that become more valuable as technology advances, and Manager to Orchestrator, which helps managers move beyond directing tasks to coaching independent thinking and connecting people and technology.
Her keynotes also address inclusive leadership, high-performing teams, resilience and the business impact of culture. Through personal stories, research and practical insights, Dalia helps audiences connect human-centred leadership with accountability and sustainable performance. Her Lead Like a Girl keynote challenges outdated assumptions about strong leadership and is relevant to both women and men.
Dalia works with organisations worldwide through executive keynotes, interactive workshops, executive coaching and customised leadership development journeys. Each engagement is shaped around the organisation’s strategy, culture, audience and leadership challenges, with the option to extend a keynote into workshops or a longer development journey. At the heart of her work is a clear belief: AI can automate work. It cannot automate humanity. You can’t outsource soul.
