Additionally, in 1995, he worked as a Chef de Partie at Restaurante Zeffirino, designing recipes, planning menus and ensuring the highest standards of hygiene. With a passion for sharing his expertise, in 2000, Walter joined the Hotel Schools 'Achille Grandi' and 'Amerigo Vespucci', where he taught aspiring chefs. His career later evolved into the luxury yacht industry in 2008, which he continues to pursue. Walter has served as a Head Chef aboard some of the world's most prestigious yachts for Ibiza Yacht Service, Florida Crystal Corporation and Adriano Volp, along with working as a Solo Chef on a 32m motor yacht.
