A talented producer, Ashton’s work includes creating the hit MTV series Punk’d which he also hosted for eight seasons, in addition to staring and producing the sensational movie Killers in 2010. Outside of his distinguished acting career, Ashton is an astute venture capitalist who has co-founded venture capital firm A-Grade Investments and succeeded it with Sound Venture. He built an impressive portfolio worth $250 million which includes investments in Airbnb, Path, Foursquare, Skype and Fab.com. Furthermore, he has invested in several star-ups such as Lemonade, ResearchGate, Zenreach and Kopari Beauty.
Playing an active role in humanitarian events, alongside Demi Moore, Ashton co-founded Thorn and launched a GoFundMe page with Mila Kunis to aid refugees fleeing violence in Ukraine, raising three million dollars in the process.
