Throughout her career, Meri Williams has been influential in some of the biggest companies in banking, eCommerce and manufacturing. One of her earlier career roles was as the Head of Operations for Proctor and Gamble, where she ensured seamless delivery of service across the company’s internal and external stakeholders. After leaving the position in 2012, she joined the Government Digital Service in a similar role as the Head of Delivery, again proving her ability to implement long term positive change.
Realising the talent she had, Meri Williams founded ChromeRose in 2013, where she combines her abilities to assist companies by training, keynote speaking and consulting. She is now also a Technology Advisor for Kindred Capital, a company that practices equitable venture. She is also an avid sponsor of scholarships that help girls and women to start STEM careers, via the charity One Goes Up. Meri also supports Arts and Women in Technology scholarships for students at the University of Bath and is an avid supporter and Board Trustee of Stonewall - the UK's leading LGBT+ charity.
