Jeff Magloire

Jeff Magloire, known professionally as Dr Lucas, is an AI product leader, mechanical engineer, entrepreneur and educator, notably serving as AI Product Lead at Allvue Systems. He is also the Founder of Dr Lucas – Wear Your Story. Drawing from a rare intersection of expertise in enterprise AI, engineering, education and design, Jeff delivers practical insights into measurable AI tranformation, the one-person institution and the human side of AI.

After gaining a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Rochester, Jeff continued in academia at the University of Rochester as an Engineering Laboratory Assistant. Building his skills, he completed 4 six-month rotations across engineering, finance, quality and supply chain at the Fortune 100 manufacturer Johnson Controls. After working as a Process Engineer and Program Manager at Procter & Gamble, he served as Technical Product Manager at Deloitte, where he led a Meta engagement. As Senior Technical Product Manager at MSCI Inc., he directed strategy for 100+ PMs and engineers. In 2025, Jeff founded Dr Lucas – Wear Your Story, a luxury storytelling brand integrating craftsmanship, narrative and emerging AI-assisted creative workflows. Shortly after, Jeff joined Allvue Systems as the AI Product Lead in Data & API, where he designs and deploys AI strategies and platforms.

Alongside his conventional work, Jeff has also been involved in various education and global institution building initiatives. He was the CEO of Education Haiti for 5 years, a non-profit organisation that supports Haitian students in their pursuit of higher education in America. Jeff is also the Founder of Bridge, an organisation that collects donations of laptops, tablets and smartphones to provide tools for children to learn critical digital skills. He has also continued to have strong links to the University of Rochester, where he advises the mechanical engineering department and was a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity New York, helping to rebuild homes after natural disasters.
