With her head packed in sandbags and laying on a hospital flat bed, ‘spinal damage’ are the words Taz never expected to hear. Hours before, ready to check out of life following years of domestic abuse, she’d put her foot to the metal, overtaken a car on the brow of a hill and was ready to die. One broken back later and so began the first of two major fightbacks which have transformed Taz’s life and the lives of those who work with her. Passionate about helping people to unleash their awesome, Taz shares her own story of overcoming adversity. Having battled with depression, grief and breakdowns, Taz uses every tool in her NLP and coaching toolkit to seek wisdom. Taking action to rebuild her life, Taz moved from breakDOWN in her 20s and early 30s to a life-changing breakTHROUGH. Determined to follow a different path to the one that was making her so unhappy, Taz undertook Neuro Linguistic Programming training and also spent time training with shamans and medical professionals to develop her expertise in personal development, meditation and wellbeing.
