Paul has also been Climate Risk IT Program Manager for HSBC, after completing stints as an IT Director at Commerzbank and Credit Suisse. In 2021, Paul led projects that resolved issues related to bias and discrimination in AI systems in his capacity as AI Ethics Principal Researcher at Fujitsu Research of Europe.
