Perhaps the most well-known, recognisable and popular barrister in the country, Robert Rinder or Judge Rinder as he is best known is not only an incredibly competent and esteemed barrister but also somewhat of a television personality. Receiving praise, admiration and acclaim across the nation, Robert Rinder is known to be referred to as the Simon Cowell of the judicial bench as well as being explained by many as the UK’s answer to Judge Judy.

Also an accomplished broadcaster, Judge Rinder also presents his own legal-themed radio broadcast on BBC Radio 5 and has recently relaunched a rendition of 1970s courtroom series Crown Court on ITV.

Aside from his extensive work on television and radio, Robert has been a contestant on Strictly Come Dancing and is a patron to the charity Buttle UK, running the London marathon on their behalf. Unbeknown to many the instantly recognisable barrister is also a close friend of Benedict Cumberbatch and has most certainly retained his love for acting and even penned television scripts while working as a practising barrister.
