Fearne Cotton

British TV personality and radio presenter Fearne Cotton has been appearing on our screens since 1998 when she was only seventeen. Beginning her TV presenter career on CiTV Cotton quickly moved on to act as the co-TV  host on Top of the Pops and then BBC Radio 1’s Chart Show, where she was the first female co-radio presenter for the programme.

Since then Fearne has been hosting her own morning show on BBC Radio 1, replacing her fellow long serving female radio presenter Jo Whiley. As well as working as a radio presenter and DJ Fearne is one of the most popular TV presenters working on British television, alongside her TV host friend and comrade Holly Willoughby she contributes as a fashion designer for the online department store Very.com.

In recent years her most memorable TV presenter work includes presenting the Comic Relief and Red Nose Day fund raising events, she has herself taken part in a number of charity and fundraising events including climbing Mount Kilimanjaro in 2009 where she helped raise over £3 million.

Outside her work as a TV presenter Fearne Cotton is a beloved celebrity and TV personality, she often appears in the press and has even been the focus of harassment from members of the public. Fearne has also strived to escape her squeaky clean image that she gained as a children’s TV host; she has admitted to having numerous tattoos and is also a celebrity host on the adult panel show Celebrity Juice with Keith Lemon.
