Beverly Turner

British Television & Radio Presenter

Beverley Turner is a British television and radio presenter.

She is probably best known as a presenter on UK TV and radio, originally for sports shows. She spent three years as one of the female presenters for UK ITV’s Formula One coverage and she also presented coverage of the Tour de France.

She spent another three seasons presenting coverage of US National Basketball Association games in the UK. In 2002, she began presenting entertainment sections for Granada’s This Morning and, in 2003, travel reporting for the Travel Channel.

From 2004, she spent two years co-presenting a Saturday morning radio programme on BBC Radio Five Live with Eamonn Holmes and also presented sixty-four episodes of Taste, a daily food programme on Sky3.

Her other jobs include modelling and journalism, where she writes for newspapers such as the Independent, the Daily Telegraph and the Daily Mail.

She broke with Formula One racing coverage with the publication of her book The Pits: The Real World of Formula 1 in July 2004, which described widespread sexism in the sport.

In 2010, Turner appeared in Mr. Yin Presents, the fourth season finale of Psych.
