Rebecca Romero MBE is a British rower and former world champion who has also established herself as a sports speaker for high profile water-sports, corporate and private events. An Olympic silver medallist for rowing Rebecca has also competed in a number of cycling competitions and was awarded an MBE for her services to sport and work as an Olympic speaker.

Straddling both cycling and rowing with equal aptitude, Rebecca has been a member of some of the most impressive rowing and cycling teams to come out of the UK in the last ten years; along with her fellow Olympic speaker Katherine Grainger MBE Rebecca garnered a gold in the 2005 World Championships and, taking part in the individual pursuit gained another gold medal in the 2008 Beijing Summer Olympics.
