Ruby Walsh

A champion Irish jockey who has enjoyed a hugely impressive career in horse racing, Ruby Walsh is a three-time International Jockey of the Year. Having won his first English Grand National at the age of 20, on his first attempt, Walsh quickly established himself as a household name. He would finish his career as one of the greatest National Hunt jockeys of all time.

In his time as a jockey, Walsh won 2756 races, including a remarkable 2016-17 season that saw him make a world-record 131 wins, beating his own personal record set a decade earlier.
