Christian Majgaard

An expert in branding, marketing and business development, Christian Majgaard has enjoyed a long and successful career with the LEGO Group. Now a board chairman and consultant in marketing strategy, Christian is also booked as a speaker for a range of corporate and public events. When booked as a speaker, Christian is hired to cover topics such as branding, marketing, leadership and management, using his years of top business experience to motivate change in organisations.

Best known for his successful business career, Christian enjoyed 25 years with LEGO and worked as the Head of Global Brands at LEGO. During his tenure, Christian was involved with countless marketing projects with some of his most notable being LEGO Harry Potter, LEGOLAND and LEGO Mindstorms Robots. Currently Christian is working as a Chairman of the Board for Nord Modules and Rosa Danica, putting into practise his years of business expertise to advise companies on how to make their services the best.

Before forging his successful business career, Christian studied at the Aarhus Business School where he achieved a Master of Science in Business Admin, Strategy and Marketing. He later went on to study at the International Institute for Management Development, before joining LEGO in the 1970s. Christian then worked for the next 25 years as part of the LEGO enterprise, in roles such as Senior Vice President and a member of the LEGO board. He is widely remembered as a top executive at LEGO, who continually led the company to success and solidifying the businesses reputation as an innovative worldwide brand.

Outside of working for the LEGO Group, Christian has also enjoyed the time as a Senior Consultant for PA Consulting. Throughout the course of his career, Christian has worked with the likes of Deloitte, Motorola, Heineken, Siemens, Disneyland and more, helping them with actionable change to make their organisations better in areas of strategy, marketing and branding. Christian’s expertise has been highly commended throughout his career, previously named as one of the 21 Leaders for the 21st Century. He has also been fortunate to publish his own book, authoring 13 Hints For Tomorrow’s Brand Builders.
