Mark is an expert decision maker. While on a 72 day expedition through the Himalayas, where he battled minus 45 degree temperatures, Mark still had to make rational, calculated decisions to lead his team. He did so with the expertise of a former British army soldier, by understanding his environment and "leading from the back".
