Charlotte Fox

Administration Manager

Charlotte Fox has been with Champions Speakers since 2015, surpassing her five-year work anniversary in January 2020. Prior to working at Champions, Charlotte worked as a Sales Negotiator for one of the largest local Estate Agents for over five years. 

Being Head of the Administration Department, Charlotte arranges the fine details behind all events. Together with her team, she organises departmental documentation ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Either side of signing off contracts, sorting overseas visas for speakers and arranging the hectic life and schedule of Director Jack Hayes, Charlotte still manages time to assist others.

When she is not in the office or representing the team at corporate events, Charlotte is at home spending time with her beloved cat Bunny. She may also be enjoying the odd meal out or five, which is a running joke within the office.
